We want you to be comfortable with your order. This Refund Policy explains your right to return CardioX and how refunds are handled.

Your 14-Day Right to Return

You may return an unopened bottle of CardioX within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@clearingbackbios.shop with your name and order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Because orders are paid on delivery, refunds are issued to the payment details you provide during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were damaged on arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will make it right.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Original delivery charges, where applicable, are refundable in accordance with your statutory rights.
